Over the years? I lost count, to be honest.. 😂 But ever since I started my full-time consultancy business I'd say around 120/150. They range from creators with 10.000 subscribers and intermediate experience in the space to born and bred YouTubers already well on their way to -or over 1M subscribers.
I currently do not have channels completely solo because I simply do not have the time anymore. I do partner on some faceless channels with business partners, and have been making videos since 2008. To be fair, all levels except complete beginner. For complete beginners, I have my free community and newsletter. The reason is pretty simple. When you start on YouTube everything is super overwhelming. In my 1:1 calls and longer collaborations I tend to start at a point of knowledge that is a bit higher than complete beginner. This way I can ensure I give optimal value for every client I work with.
This simply means I am full and not taking on new one on one clients at the moment. As you might understand, my time is limited and I can only work with so many people one on one. This is mainly why I decided to open a group coaching program. This way I can help more people in less time!
Yes, but you do need a certain amount of talent for it. YouTube is hard, and it mostly comes down to mental resillience. Think of MrBeast, he had all the cards stacked against him except for one thing: time. So, he used all the time he had to force his way to success. If you are willing to do whatever it takes to succeed on YouTube, you will at some point if you implement feedback. I strongly believe so!
